We understand that the vast majority of problems in this industry is caused by misunderstandings which can be resolved informally. The first step is to contact our customer service department or the manager by calling 123456, and they will then file the complaint which is later forwarded to the relevant department. The department's head then takes the required action.
If the service is not satisfactory and customer service did little in your opinion to resolve the issue, and so the issue remains unresolved a formal complaint can also be made via email. Send your complaints to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to added the subject "Customer Complaint," and add your full name, number and a description of your grievance.
We will acknowledge that your complaint has been received and is being reviewed. All complaintsare thoroughly investigated with a full response provided to clients within a couple of days. If the issue is very complex, it may take longer. We will also provide you the required information as to the action we took and advise you on when to expect a detailed response.
