Share Capital: After our service has submitted all the required paperwork in an effort to start a freezone company on your behalf, we receive the initial approval. At which point the company has to provide proof of capital from a UAE-based bank which showing proof of the minimum share capital. The capital should remain in the account until the trade license is issued. Once the license isgranted the capital can be withdrawn.

Office Leasing: A company registered in JAFZA needs to have an office space within the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority. Also, the number of visas registered to the company is proportional to the amount of space leased. So, for every 27 sq.meters of office space, the company can issue three visas.
